I am Jeremy Williams, business coach and executive coach. I have years of experience in helping individuals and organisations to realise their goals.
I work with leaders in elite sport (through my work with the Premier League) and business leaders in various sectors. As an experienced business-owner, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to run before you can walk, hanging on by the fingertips. From managing turnaround to dealing with rapid growth and eventual exit via trade sale.
“I’ve been there myself. I grew up on a housing estate, did not do well at school and my first job after being asked to leave school was as a factory cleaner.”
And yet, I found my way back to education. I got a degree in economics and I started again from the bottom. This lead to building a multi-million company and selling it to a global communications company. Along the way I was lucky enough to have two transformative coaching experiences.
The first empowered me to ask The Big Question (that I never would have dreamt of asking), the answer to which changed my life forever.
The second coaching programme, a few years later, kept me sane as the business took flight, while my own life balance struggled. When we work together, I am totally candid about these events and all the details.
