I’m Jeremy Williams and I deliver high-impact coaching for leaders who want to lead with vision, integrity, and lasting impact.

Through Stratus Coach, I bring years of experience helping individuals and organisations realise their goals. I founded and scaled a marketing services business across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, led a management buy-out, paid down debt, and steered ScopeMedical Ltd from loss-making to rapid growth and an £11m exit deal.

Who I Am

I grew up on a housing estate, didn’t do well at school, and my first job – after being expelled – was as a factory cleaner. Determined to rewrite my story, I returned to education, earned a BA (Hons) in Economics, and started again from the bottom. Over time, I built a multi-million-pound company and sold it to a global communications group.

Along the way, two transformative coaching experiences changed my life. The first empowered me to ask what I call The Big Question – one I’d never have dreamt of asking – and its answer changed my life. The second kept me grounded as my business took flight and my work–life balance strained. I share these stories candidly, so you know exactly where I’m coming from.
